Sam Razavi owns both businesses. Because of this relationship, a referral from one business to the other may provide Sam Razavi with a financial or other benefit.

Set forth below is the estimated charge or range of charges for the settlement services listed. You are NOT required to use either business as a condition of working with the other, or as a condition of the purchase, sale or refinance of any property. THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE SERVICES.

• Real estate brokerage (NEO Remarketing LLC): buyer representation is customarily compensated by the seller, developer or listing brokerage, typically 2% to 3% of the purchase price, or as agreed in a written buyer representation agreement.
• Mortgage brokerage (Optima Financing / C2 Financial Corporation): compensation is paid either by the lender or by the borrower, not both, and is disclosed on your Loan Estimate; borrower-paid compensation typically ranges from 1% to 2.75% of the loan amount.

Compensation is not set by law and is negotiable. It varies by transaction and by the terms of the applicable written agreements, and the ranges above are estimates only.

Before any referral between the two businesses you will receive this disclosure in writing, on a separate page, for your acknowledgment, as required by the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (12 CFR § 1024.15). A copy is retained for five years.
